Clear scope. A practical path forward.
We compare your capabilities, prioritize the gaps worth addressing, build with AI through the Launchpad, then improve supported solutions through Managed AI. Team size helps shape the scope.
Contractor Capability Scorecard
Start with a free scorecard to see where your systems, processes, and support differ from relevant larger peers. Then we validate what matters and prioritize next steps together.
Get Your Free ScorecardValidation meeting
We review the scorecard with you, confirm the gaps against the way your team works, and agree which opportunities are worth addressing first.
We’ll confirm pricing and the monthly build allowance after we validate your priorities and scope.
Third-party software and license fees are separate and confirmed before implementation.

Monthly build allowance
Your plan includes a monthly allowance for new workflows. We agree on the scope and cost before work begins.
We sometimes call the planning units for that allowance “coins.” A build card sets out the scope and cost for your approval before work begins. No allowance or build-cost example is published until those values are approved.
Working with your existing IT provider
We focus on AI workflows, agents, safety, custom software, and consulting. Your existing IT provider continues to run your IT; we coordinate and work alongside them.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does AI Launchpad include?
An AI safety assessment, prioritized use-case catalog, one proof of concept, practical team training, and a leadership readout with a roadmap. The agreed scope determines the project price.
What is included in Managed AI?
Support for agreed live systems, monitoring, fixes, small changes, team questions, reporting, and the reviews in your plan. New workflows and larger changes are scoped and approved separately against your monthly build allowance.
Are software licenses included?
No. Third-party software charges are separate. A Microsoft 365 business subscription is needed; some automations may require a Microsoft Power Automate Premium license billed by Microsoft. We confirm applicable licenses before work begins.
Do you replace our IT provider?
No. Your IT provider keeps your systems running, and we work alongside them on agreed AI work.
How is the right team tier selected?
The planning ranges are 1–19 employees, 20–49 employees, and 50+ employees or complex needs. We validate the fit based on team size, systems, and scope.
Can our needs fall between ranges?
Yes. We recommend a fit or agree a custom scope during validation.
What does the safety assessment certify?
It gives you a practical picture of AI use and risks with recommendations; it does not provide formal certification or legal advice.
